GPO integrated full series filter elements can be removed as low as 0.5-3 at the same time μ M~pollution impurities, water (free water, bound water), inhibition of acid value rise, paint film. The special capillary structure is not easy to block, and the correspondence of expensive EH lipids (phosphate ester, fatty acid value) high pressure fire-resistant oil is also completely no problem. High dirt absorption capacity, the service life of the filter element is up to one year. ● Particle removal: All GPO ultra precision filter elements have an absolute filtration precision of 0.5-3 microns. This means that 98.7% of the solid particles larger than 3 µ m and 50% of the particles larger than 0.8 µ m can be filtered off once.
● Degradation products: cellulosic materials contain oxidation by-products, resins/sludge and varnishes. Cellulose will retain about 1.5 kg of degradation products.
● Water removal: the water absorption (i.e. 1000 ml of water) can reach 50% of the total pollutant absorption.
● Components: GPO ultra precision filter element adopts special fiber design and unique style. It has the characteristics of high throughput and high adsorption, and is suitable for filtering liquid containing colloid, grease and high particle content.
